We have received an enquiry concerning an application to demolish a bungalow and erect three houses on the available land, with access to the house at the rear of the site from Kedleston Road.

To date we have not received any contact from any neighbouring or affected property owners and the enquiry we have received came from someone interested in a nearby property for sale.

We will offer any support and advice we can to residents who feel they may be affected by an inappropriate development if they make contact with our group.
