A dubious victory in Sutton Coldfield for Sandstone

E-mail Print PDF

Sandstone have just obtained permission, on Penns Road, Sutton Coldfield, for a 61 bed care home and 11 detached dwellings including demolition of "four beautiful houses". This was as described by the planning committee chairman whose group felt under Government pressure to acquiesce on this type of application.

Try and stop this happening on Kings Croft

Kings Croft is different however! Pens Road is definitely busier than and at least as wide as Duffield Road. The development in Sutton Coldfield is on level ground and will not involve the cavernous excavations planned for Kings Croft.

We still have a chance to stop this

Please come to the Planning Committee Meeting at the Council House on 31st July 6.00pm and make your voice heard
